Youth Mental Health & Wellness Resources
Increasingly, students face academic and life challenges which manifest signs of anxiety, depression, mood swings and other mental health disorders. Santa Ynez High School works in partnership with other local school districts and non-governmental organizations to connect distressed students and their families with resources in the community which can help. The Youth Mental Health & Wellness Resources flyers below are provided by our community partner, YouthWell, and provide information on local agencies which can help you or someone you love.
